The Ress Institute was founded by Dr. Andrew M. Ress and Dr. Bradford D. Ress, in 1999, to answer South Florida’s critical need for highly trained, yet compassionate surgical sub-speciality care. Both brothers are honors graduates of Cornell University and completed years of rigorous training at such renowned institutions as the University of Miami, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, University of California-San Diego, Johns Hopkins, and Indiana University. Natives of South Florida, the board certified and fellowship-trained brothers left academic medicine to help redefine the region’s medical landscape within their respective fields.
